Well, gee, new readers, writers, and old friends, thanks for the positive feed back. Glad you enjoyed my simple Bahamian cocktail. Here is another favorite from the little know Island of Spanish Wells, near Eleuthera.

Yellow Bird, also the name of a happy song…

l and l/2 oz coconut rum

3/4 oz creme de banana

1/4 oz apricot brandy

3 oz pineapple juice

Optional but delicious, a few dashes of Galliano

Shake well with ice and serve. Sip and sing the Yellow Bird tune.
