The Flirtini…A drink to raise your spirits.

The races are on in Del Mar, California.

Here is a new and different champagne concoction from an old, favorite Del Mar restaurant, Sbicca.

One Flirtini and I bet on every race, made just enough to go back for one more.

Flirtini

Shake 1/1/2 ounces Absolute vodka and a slash of pineapple juice in a mixer.
Pour into a martini glass.
Top with a champagne float.

Absolutely delicious.
