The full name is Munchies 4:20 Cafe, in Sarasota, Florida.

I love the story. Five years ago two young men came home from a bar, quite late. They had the munchies. There were no good cafes open, and no delivery from any cafe. So, they started Munchies 4:20… opens at 4:20p.m. and closes at 4:20a.m.

The best part is that Munchies has the best Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches that we have ever tasted. Karl is from Philly and knows the real thing. Munchies has delivered more times than I care to mention… always hot and on time!

I met the chef, in the tiny kitchen… hole in the wall… at 66639 Superior Avenue in Gulf Gate Village, Sarasota, Florida. 941-929-9893. He could not tell me the secret, but I saw the real cheese, just right shaved steak and good buns, plus fresh mushrooms, onions and peppers.

Munchies has been open over five years. There is much more on the menu, but once you try the Philly, and home-made onion rings, you will be hooked.
