This is hard work, having to taste test Sam’s sips to find the perfect martini cocktail. Now I think I have found it, but I must keep searching, just in case I missed one.

The Peartini

This one hails from the New Mexico, Arizona area, where you can find prickly pear syrup.

Mix Grey Goose vodka with St. Germain pear liqueur, however you like your martinis, sweet or dry or to taste.

Add a splash of pineapple juice, and serve in a chilled or frosted martini glass.
