C’est Cheese… Just say the word cheese and the Hill Team is in foodie heaven.

This cheese is so delicious that I stopped my tasting to send it to you. Truffle Tremor is fresh, creamy and dense, yet fluffy… with some tantalizing flakes, more like a dusting, of black truffles.

I found it a a favorite cheese shop along the Tamiami Trail in Sarasota called, what else? C’est Cheese.

Best of all, C’est Cheese is next to a wine shop! I paired the Truffle Tremor with crunchy plain crackers and a simple sparking wine, see SIPS, for some innovative ideas.

Yes, it is a bit pricey… I was thinking of an elegant grilled cheese. However, it is featured on Oprah’s “O list”.
