We wanted to offer you a hot beverage that hits the spot in cold weather and is festive. So, we asked Rich Iverson, Master Chef/owner of Lord Bennett’s in Brandon, Oregon to share his Cranberry Tea with us. The entire Hill Team enjoyed sipping this tea on the cool and windy pier while talking with Rich.

Chef Iverson catered a wonderful event for our group with each sampling more tasty than the one before.

Rich is quick to credit his staff as a paramount ingredient for the success Lord Bennett’s has received since it opened in 1989. They all know how to be attentive yet not overpowering.

Local produce, fruits, fish and meat are utilized when in season and almost everything is made from scratch.

When we get back to the Brandon, Oregon area we will be sure to try Lord Bennett’s. It is located at 1695 Beach Loop Drive with fantastic views of the coast, has a phenomenal history and a fantastic and intriguing menu.
