An old favorite sips discovered by son, Matthew and I in a Florida Friday’s is called Green Eyes.
Green Eyes
2 oz premium vodka
2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
Several large drops of Blue Curacao ( a sweet blue liqueur, distilled and flavored from the dried peel of bitter oranges)
Directions:
The bar tender demonstrated mixing a screwdriver of equal parts premium vodka to fresh squeezed orange juice. Then he added several large drops of Blue Curacao. Like magic the combo produced this deep green refresher, Green Eyes.
