Honey Nutty Dessert

Make this for your honey or your kids as it's sweet and healthy.

1 banana
1/2 cup cashews or other nuts
1 teaspoon hone
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk (optional)

Directions:

Blend one banana,cashews, honey and vanilla ice cream in a blender.
It will be smooth and thick for a dessert.
Or add a cup of milk to make it into a smoothie.
