Spring Sips to Savor!

If you cannot be in Venice, this is the next best thing.

I had the real thing at Harry’s Bar in Venice, meeting Harry’s son at the same time. One of the moments I will never forget.

A Cipriani Bellini – perfect for champagne Sunday’s – or anytime.

Cipriani Bellini
Cold Cipriani Bellini Mix (found in most good markets and liquor shops)
Sparkling wine

Directions:
Fill a flute glass half way (or less, to taste) with cold Cipriani Bellini mix.
Then fill to top with any chilled sparkling wine.

That is it. The perfect, simple sip for any occasion. No garnish needed. Just a lovely peachy color and taste.
