Remember Fuzzy Navels? I forgot about them until Sunday morning brunch with friends from China, France and Florida. This simple spring-time sip is a perfect eye-opener and ice- breaker. It tastes more special if you have freshly squeezed orange juice.

Fuzzy Navel:
1 ounce peach schnapps
ice
orange juice

Directions:
Put one ounce of peach schnapps in a 9 or 10 ounce glass.
Add ice.
Fill with orange juice.

No garnish needed.

However, we added a sprig of mint. A cherry would also look festive.

Cheers!
