Chunky, Crunchy Salad

I love this rough and chunky salad, a new twist on the old iceberg wedge.
It is great with sea food.

Use a large bowl, preferably glass for the vibrant colors..

Ingredients:

1 firm head of iceberg lettuce 3-4 tomatoes (we like beefsteak)
1-2 cucumbers – peeled
1 large onion (we like the Bermuda red – actually purple – for color and flavor)
6-12 radishes – optional
your favorite bottled Italian dressing or – olive oil and a few dashes of vinegar.

Enjoy!
