The Hill team was in one of our greenest states, Vermont, this spring. We visited farms, a brewery and several cafes that consistently practice their commitment to sustainability.

We like substituting bison burgers for beef. Lower in calories and fat, they taste delicious. I can now find bison in my local market and more restaurants than before.

Maralyn and Norm eat bison frequently. She says when it isn’t available locally, she orders from High Plains Bison.
