Turkish Wine from Inka Piegsa-Quischotte

Turkish Wine from Inka Piegsa-Quischotte

I don’t know a lot about Turkish wine. In fact, I’m not sure that I’ve tasted any. However, my friend Inka Piegsa-Quischotte, who frequently contributes posts on food history is filling us in on the details.

Her story: “Wine Tasting and Mountain Charm in Sirince, Turkey,” is linked.

I enjoy learning about unknown regions. When the Hill Team was in Turkey, we were not aware or visit this area. It sounds charming.

Thanks again Inka, I appreciate your link and article.
