Oh, how I love to discover a new sip!
It is fun to experiment with such a rich and buttery taste.

The Hill team devoured delicious butterscotch martinis while in Jackson, Oregon.

This one is almost as addictive and simple to make with only three ingredients.

Ingredients- for one, but you will want more.

Butter Martini

2 shots vanilla vodka
1 shot butterscotch schnapps
1 shot pineapple juice

Method

Fill a shaker with ice
Shake until very cold
Pour into a chilled martini glass

No garnish needed for this refresher-the color of rich golden butter and the taste of summer.
