Nutritionist Paula Simpson recommended these warm weather nutitious beauty foods. We have picked up some of these tips from spas around the world. They are worth sharing while these foods are still ripe and plentiful. We found this information in the July InStyle Magazine.

Avocados– The Hill Team loves guacamole. As a bonus to their delicious taste, avacado’s essential fatty acids balance the skins moisture. Avacado oils add luster to hair and nails.

Cantalopes. They are high in vitamin C content. This brightens skin and  increases skin cell turnover.

Tomatoes. They contain lycopene which counteracts the complexion damaging effects of free radicals.

Berries. Strawberries have sallicylic acid which helps prevent skin breakouts.

Blueberries are packed with antioxidants, which minimize inflamations.
