I invented a new end-of-summer drink the color of a tropical sunset.

Sunset Spritzer

Ingredients

1/2 -1 cup of strawberry puree

1-2 cups of orange juice -fresh squeezed is best
1/2 to 1 cup sparkling mineral water, club soda or sparkling wine. champagne is fine.

Ice cubes

Method

Mix chilled purée and o j.  Add the bubbles to taste and pour over ice cubes in a tall tumbler.

Tips

Garnish with fresh strawberris or an orange wheel.

Mint is a nice touch too.

It is your choice to add more purée, juice or sparkling beverage

This is a festive non-alcholic drink, or a light cocktail, depending on the bubbles of choice.
