| Since I’m off to Melbourne in February, 2011, I keeping track of what’s happening in Australia. The food scene is exploding. I wanted to share this list. Maralyn Dennis Hill, The Epicurean Explorer, is president emeritus of International Food Wine & Travel Writers Association, member of Society of American Travel Writers, and Society of Professional Journalists.
