This just in…sweet news from France.

There is a new  Chocolate Museum in Paris.  What fun it may be for the Tandem Tasters and chocolate judges  to journey there from Lyon next month.

Sally Peobody, writer for BonJour Paris, reports that the Choco-Story Museum tells the history and evolution of chocolate from Aztec brew to French bonbons.

My chocolate loving friends and faithful readers of Bonjour Paris will welcome this sweet news. Just another reason to visit Paris, not that we need one.
