You have to appreciate someone who says, “The purpose of wine is to bring happiness to man.”

These are the words of Dr. Henry John Linderman. He owns Australia’s oldest continuous winemaking operation.

Hopefully Maralyn and Norm are sipping this winemakers famous wines in Australia this month.

Linderman’s Bin 65 Chardonnay is the best selling Australian white wine in the world reports Gayle Guynup, editor of Style Magazine, Sarasota, Florida.

Instead my usual beer with fish and chips, I  enjoyed  this Chardonnay  with delicious buttery notes on a wharf down under.

Cheers!
