Royal Mango Mai Tai

Ingredients

1/2 part Cruzan Mango rum

1/4 part amaretto

1/2 part pineapple juice

1/2 part orange juice a squeeze of fresh lime

A few drops of grenadine

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well.

Pour into a tall glass over cracked ice.

Garnish, if you wish, with an orange or lime slice or your own creation.

A pineapple spear or paper umbrella adds to the tropical treat.
