This is a drink we prepare in the late afternoon to honor the colors of a California sunset. After a day of boating, fishing and water-skiing, we sip this refresher and watch the deep blue sky turn shades of rose and tangerine.
Lakeside Sunset Punch
Ingredients:
I part orange juice
1 part pineapple juice
1 part grapefruit juice
1-2 parts spiced rum
Method:
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into tall glass over ice.
Optional orange slice garnish.
