Ocean Vodka from Maui always features wonderful tasty drinks. It is no surprise that Hawaiian Airlines serves Ocean Vodka.  I’ve been featuring some of their special cocktails since we visited its farm and distillery in May 2013. Now, there is so much activity go on it has been awarded Maui’s top attraction by Trip Advisor. Ocean Vodka is truly a case of a family with a dream and it is being implemented at a more rapid rate than expectations. When you have the opportunity to taste it, you’ll understand why.

THE OCEAN VODKA LYCHEE MARTINI FROM SPAGO MAUI

2 oz Ocean Vodka
1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Boiron Lychee Puree
1/2 oz Lychee Syrup
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, shake vigorously (20 times), strain into a martini glass.
Add 2 whole lychee as garnish.

Ocean Vodka samplings are offered after daily tour times in a designated tasting area bordering one of our organic sugar cane fields. Tour times at the Ocean Vodka Organic Farm and Distillery are every half hour, starting from 9:30 am with the last tour at 4 pm.  Entrance to tours is $10 a person for those 12 years and older ($25 including a lunch meal, reservations required 24 hours in advance), and includes a sampling with take-home souvenir Ocean Vodka shot glass for those 21 and over.
