Over the years, I’ve frequently heard and been told, opposites attract. In my first marriage, I was married to an opposite and we did stay together for twenty-two years, but it was challenging and I’m sure for both. The second time around, marriage was not on my agenda, but when I met someone, we discussed so much, philosophy, politics, right to choice, Broadway plays, travel and just about most things imaginable. My friends thought I was crazy. I knew you didn’t change people and I wanted someone who I could enjoy and get along with. This infographic proves I was right. After 25 years together, I am glad we discussed so much.
