I will be heading to Baja next week to explore a few rustic vineyards and farms.

Here is a bloody good cocktail for a happy Halloween made with Patron Silver. The recipe below is courtesy of the Patron site credited below the photo.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Patrón Silver
.5 oz Patrón Citrónge Lime
.5 oz Patrón XO Cafe Incendio
.75 oz Blood orange juice
.25 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Agave syrup

METHOD

Combine all ingredients, except Patrón XO Cafe Incendio in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into large martini glass and then carefully pour .5 oz of Patrón XO Cafe Incendio along the side of the glass and allow to sink to the bottom.
