Fall is here  and while we might be sad to trade in the swimsuits for sweaters –the perfect cocktail will be sure to put a smile back on your face. Lay out by the fireplace or invite some friends over and enjoy the many flavors of these fabulous Fall cocktails!

Honey Badger

Honey Badger

The Honey Badger cocktail, with banana infused Jameson Irish whiskey, vanilla soft serve ice-cream and clover honey syrup, will have you scooting closer to the fire place as you snuggle up to read your favorite book of the season.

Honey Badger

2 oz. Banana Infused Jameson Irish Whiskey 

9 oz. Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream 

½ oz. Clover Honey Syrup

Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Add ice, and shake. Then pour into mason jar.

Glass: Mason Jar 

Garnish: Whipped cream, Caramel Drizzle

 

Charlie Hustle

Charlie Hustle

Head to an apple orchard, enjoy the brisk weather, and sip on a Charlie Hustle cocktail. With cinnamon spiced infused JP Wiser’s deluxe rye whiskey, unfiltered apple juice, lemon juice, clover honey syrup and Wood Chuck granny smith apple cider, it will feel as if you are drinking straight from the apples you’re picking!

CHARLIE HUSTLE

CINNAMON SPICED INFUSED JP WISER’S DELUXE RYE WHISKY + WOOD CHUCK GRANNY SMITH APPLE CIDER + UNFILTERED APPLE JUICE + LEMON + CLOVER HONEY

Charlie Hustle

1 oz. Cinnamon Spiced Infused JP Wiser’s Deluxe Rye Whisky

1 oz. Unfiltered Apple Juice

½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz. Clover Honey Syrup

4 ½ oz. Wood Chuck Granny Smith Apple Cider (Add after shake)

Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin, except for the Wood Chuck Granny Smith Apple Cider! Add ice and shake vigorously. Now add 4 ½ oz. Wood Chuck Granny Smith Apple Cider into mixing tin, and strain over fresh ice.

Glass: English Pub

Garnish: Skewered Cinnamon sugar Apple Slices

 

 

Strawberry Caipirinha

Strawberry Caipirinha

With the weather still nice enough to be outdoors, enjoy a Strawberry Caipirinha cocktail as you sit on your deck and watch the leaves change colors. With Leblon Cachaca, lime wedges, strawberries, and a splash of simple syrup you will reminisce about the memories you made during summer and the possibilities of Fall.

Strawberry Caipirinha 

Leblon Cachaca + Lime + Strawberries

Strawberry Caipirinha

2 Strawberries (Sliced)

4 Lime Wedges

¾ oz. Simple Syrup

2oz. Leblon Cachaca

Build: In a mixing tin, press limes, strawberries and simple with muddler. Then add cachaca and crushed ice.  Shake gently, just to mix and then pour into a rocks glass.

Ice: Crushed
