Maralyn  Hill and I could not have said it better than the tips re-printed here. After decades of world travel for business and pleasure we try to maintain a healthy balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Maralyn D Hill & Brenda C Hill

Maralyn heads back to Paris for the French Open in June and I return this month to La Jolla, California, for another culinary feast with  Chef’s Bernard Guillas and Ron Oliver, author of Flying Pans.

Our travel tip is to  try everything …in moderation. One morsel of a chef inspired dish can be as delicious and satisfying as a 4-course meal.

When we do overindulge, we dine sparing on fresh fruit or vegetable soup the next day,  enjoying a  long nature walk.

Safe and happy summer travels from the Hills.
