New York City’s Café Medi shares an easy, at home version of their wildly popular Frosè! This seems like an ideal summer drink.

Café Medi Frosè

Frosè

Ingredients:
Combine into blender the following:
5 oz. of your favorite Rosè
2 oz. of strawberry puree
½ oz. of cane syrup
About two scoops of ice

Method:
Blend for about 20 seconds and pour into wine glass.

Garnish with a blackberry and strawberry spear as seen in the photo below.

You can purchase a glass of Frosè at Café Medi located at the Hotel on RIvington, 107 Rivington Street.

Frosè is $8 during Happy Hour and $12 during regular business hours.  The artwork and atmosphere is fun and intriguing.
