The Grand Café at FAUCHON L’Hotel Paris has just introduced a menu of Signature Tea-Infused Cocktails.

Why tea? The FAUCHON brand is noted for its iconic fruit-infused teas which date back to the 1960s, when Auguste Fauchon forged a partnership with Air France to enable him to import exotic foods from around the world. One of the most popular items was fruit-infused teas which have since become a hallmark of the brand.

To pay homage to these fruit-infused teas, the culinary team at The Grand Café Fauchon has developed Signature Cocktail elixirs infused with tea — just in time for spring and summer when cold teas are popular.
