Razz-a-tini is my name for a raspberry vodka drink, somewhat like a cosmo in a frosty martini glass.
Patrick, my mixologist friend at La Sardine in the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa in Florida, can make any drink I think up in his petite, well stocked bar.



Since fresh, red, ripe, raspberries are in season, we concocted this tini with three of my favorite flavors.


3 ounces raspberry vodka

1 ounce triple sec

Splash of white cranberry juice. (I prefer white cranberry juice in this tini, but red is fine if you like a pink drink)


Shake ingredients in a martini shaker.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish as you please with a skewer of raspberries, or/and a lemon twist.

This is a pretty cool summer cocktail.
