July, 10, for a wine tasting and French food buffet for only $10 per person. There will be live music in a relaxed atmosphere from 5-9 pm.

We posted a review of Bonjour the first week it opened, knowing it would be an instant hit on this best beach island. Of the 500 who read it on the first few days, over 25 percent of our readers were from France.

It is enjoyable to try the bistro’s changing menu, listening to Edith Piaf  and French spoken. One recent warm Sunday, I tried something different from the buttery croissant and smoked salmon quiche. The sangria smoothie was a luscious treat.
