Sunday: I tried an easy French style baked eggs today….in place of the Good Egg. Nutritious and delicious – with some good calories.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place a dab of butter or coconut oil in a ramekin
Add an egg, a little half & half, and cream cheese or any cheese.
Bake for about 5- 8 minutes or so, depending on oven, for a perfect soft yolk and melted cheese.
Optional toast points or croissant for dipping.
