Australia is home to the one and only – Pink lake
Go along the Explore the coast of Esperance and discover Recherche Archipelago where you will find an incredibly pink lake. It’s near the Southern Ocean and only a narrow strip of plants separates them. Go for a walk along the lake or explore it from the air and take some of the most amazing photos ever. If you’re up for some activities, go scuba diving near the lake. If you want to avoid the sweltering heat, book a holiday from May to October and enjoy this incredible natural wonder.

Go to the far north of Queensland and discover one of the most ancient ecosystems on Earth and a Wet Tropics World Heritage Area called Daintree National Park. Mossman gorge and its crystal clear waters is a must see. The place called Cape Tribulation is picture-perfect. That’s the point where rainforest and white sandy beaches become one. You will be amazed once you discover the vivid biodiversity of the rainforest. More than 18 000 plant species are out there and you will see many animals such as crocodiles, cassowaries, blue Ulysses butterflies, and kangaroos. This is the place where you can indulge all your senses and let all your worries disappear.
Go for a ride along the Great Ocean Road
Once you’re in Australia, you’re bound to embark on a spectacular drive and hit the Great Ocean Road. It’s 300 km long and goes all the way from the south-east coast of Australia and Torquay, the town which is well-known for being surfers’ paradise, to the town called Allansford. Discover the Port Campbell National Park where the unique wind-carved formations called Twelve Apostles are located. The best possible way to explore the area is to rent some of the excellent electric bikes. Along the road, you will see many dense eucalyptus forests, rainforests, lots of hiking trails and waterfalls everywhere you look.

See the Remarkable Rocks’ of Kangaroo Island
Australia is home to one of the most iconic places such as the Remarkable Rocks on Kangaroo Island which are perched 200 feet above the sea. Those are situated in the Flinders Chase National Park on the western side of Kangaroo Island. The Rocks are actually eroded granite formations located on top of a gigantic dome of lava. Many tourists see this as the best place in the region for taking photos and once you see the golden orange hues of lichen above lots of rocks you will understand why.
Treat yourself at Whitsunday islands
Whitsunday islands are made up of 74 Islands located on the picture-perfect tropical coast of Queensland, Australia. Those are in the middle of the Great Barrier Reef. Once you decide to visit this area, you will give yourself a feast for all senses. Visit the secluded beach called Airlie where you can have time just for yourself and no one to disrupt you and whiz by. The place is great for spending a honeymoon or a romantic holiday at. You can go snorkelling or scuba diving or whatever you feel like. There are also friendly locals who will be more than willing to chat with you.
