Ingredients:
I used celery tops, cabbage and spinach leaves, carrots and herbs for my vitamin pick me up. Anything fresh and green you have on hand seems to work for this high energy drink.
Method:
Add a cup of favorite greens and veggies to blender. Add 2 cups of water. Strain through a sieve over a bowl. Drink and/or put in a thermous for later.
