Sparkling Ice came on the market a little over a year ago. As there have been so many new beverages arriving, one is not sure which ones with just be a flash and which will stand the test of the consumers taste. Sparkling Ice has made the grade and become more popular than ever and adding more flavors. We are featuring some easy cocktail recipes using its variety of flavors.

Cranberry Aperol Spritzer

Cranberry Aperol Spritzer 

Ingredients:

2oz Aperol

2oz cranberry juice

4oz Sparkling Ice Essence of Tangerine

Orange peel for garnish

Method:

Combine Aperol and cranberry juice in an ice filled glass, top with Tangerine Sparkling Ice. Stir gently and garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients:

1 Part Grand Marnier

1 Part Sparkling Ice Peach Iced Tea

Blood Orange Juice

Blood Orange Slice

Method:

Juice one blood orange and mix with Grand Marnier and Sparkling Ice Peach Iced Tea. Garnish with a slice of a blood orange.

 

Pomegranate Blueberry Mimosa

Pomegranate Blueberry Mimosa

Ingredients:

1 Part Dry Champagne

1 Part Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling Ice

Garnish with fresh mint and blueberries

Method:

Pour the champagne into a flute. Top with Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling Ice and garnish with mint and blueberries.

Add a mint leaf into an empty flute, then pour the absinthe 1/3 of the flute. Top with Strawberry Lemonade Sparkling Ice.

Ingredients:

1 Part Prosecco

1 Part Raspberry Lemonade Sparkling Ice

Garnish with small lavender sprig

Method:

Pour the Prosecco first, add the Raspberry Lemonade Sparkling Ice to fill the flute and garnish with a small sprig of lavender

Ingredients:

1 Part Reisling

1 Part Sparkling Ice Pomegranate Blueberry

Pomegranate Seeds

Cranberries

Teaspoon Agave

Mint

Method:

Mix all in a pitcher, pour into wine glasses, and add a mint leaf garnish.
