Ingredients

1.5 oz CÎROC Black Raspberry

.5 oz Lemon Juice

.5 oz Simple syrup

.5 oz Raspberry liqueur

Top up with Champagne

Preparation

Glass: Champagne

Garnish: Twist

Add all ingredients in a shaker expect the champagne. Add ice, shake well. Strain into a flute glass and add the champagne an garnish.

Ingredients

1 Oz DeLeón Añejo

4 Muddled Apple Slices

.75 Oz Apple Juice

.5 Oz Lemon Juice

.5 Simple Syrup

Top With Champagne

3 dashes of angostura bitters (optional)

Preparation

Glassware: Champagne Flute

Garnish: Apple Slice or Lemon Twist

Muddle 4 tart apple slices and add remaining ingredients into a shaker with ice. Strain over glass and top with champagne.

Ciroc Crusta Cocktail

 

Ingredients

1.5 oz CÎROC VS French Brandy

0.5 oz orange-flavored liqueur

0.25 oz lemon

1 tsp maraschino

2 dashes bitters

Preparation

Garnish: lemon twist

Glass: coupe rimmed with sugar

Add all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice & shake well until it’s chilled.

Double strain into a coupe glass rimmed with sugar. Garnish.

VS French 75

Ingredients

1.5 oz CÎROC VS French Brandy

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz simple syrup

Top up with champagne

Preparation

Garnish: lemon twist

Glass: flute

Add all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice & shake well until everything is chilled.

Strain into a flute glass and garnish.

 

French Shade

 

French Shade cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz CÎROC VS French Brandy

1 oz lime juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

3 slices cucumber

4 to 6 mint leaves

Top with champagne.

Preparation

Garnish: cucumber/mint

Glass: coupe

In shaker, muddle the mint and the cucumber. Add the rest of the ingredients except champagne.

Add ice, shake well until everything is chilled. Double strain into a coupe.

Top up with champagne & add garnish
