Here are 6 of my favorite festive frozen treats to perk up spirits as fall and winter approach us. Some are creamy, sweet, and cool, while others offer a little tartness and can help you feel more relaxed and less anxious about the changing of the seasons.

  1. The new Klondike Cones feature a whimsical swirl shape top and has sauce that travels throughout the entire center of the cone. The Vanilla Chillin’ has a chocolate sauce top, chocolate sauce center, and a caramel colored wafer cone. It’s a 220 calorie treat.

The light ice cream with a big chocolatey tip has 60% less fat and 35% fewer calories than a similar portion of full-fat ice cream. There are no artificial growth hormones given to the cows who produce the cream.
