Tandem Tasters-A Difficult Job

We are food judges and what a learning experience we had this week at Bocuse d’Or watching the best of the best chefs, servers, and judges.

But, this is the most difficult part of a decadent and delicious assignment: Taking only ONE bite!

It may not seem true – but it is. If you taste too much, you don’t have room at the end to fairly evaluate the last tastes.

It’s a tough job, but we are always willing.
