I’ve been fortunate to visit Cellardoor Winery as well as taste some of their wines on other occassions. Here is a great holiday cocktail.

Christmas Sweetheart Sparkler Cocktail
featuring Sweetheart
Ingredients
1 ounce Cellardoor Sweetheart wine
1/2 ounce Crème de Cassis
1 1/2 ounce Vodka
3 ounces of Sparkling wine
Preparation
Combine wine, cassis and vodka into a shaker glass. Shake and strain into glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with thick lemon peel.
