Hayman Signature Cocktail Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients:

30ml     Bacardi rum
15ml      Lime juice
30ml     Sugar syrup
100ml   Strawberry puree

Garnish: 

Lime wedge

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
