I’m delighted to share this adverture for those into culinary tourism and French wine. Last fall, three of us were fortunate to visit la ferme de la lochere and meet Katherine Frelon and Brenden Moore. Personally, I have interviewed more chefs, taken part in numerous cooking schools, and wached more demos than I can count. From 2002 to 2006 I interviewed chefs doing demos for Time Warner Cable. Never, have I had the experience that we encountered with Katherine and Brendon. For any of you planning a trip to France this fall, you may wish to check this out. If you can’t make it for this event, you may want to consider another time or check in to a customized program for a small group. The acccomdations are lovely and the experience absolutely outstanding.
