Today I received my first issue of a Swedish magazine called Fine Dining. Sweeden has become known for its outstanding food, capturing many of the Bocuse d’Or events. Since Fine Dining makes o point of encouraging you to share, I will be sharing periodically. This publication is full of wonderful information. Tis one is about Scanadavian’s largest food fair.
