Getting fit benefits your mental and physical health. However, a lot of the time exercise is promoted online with expensive classes and high-priced green juice. You don’t have to let this stop you from getting the work out you want. With the influx of free workout apps and 2-week trials at gyms, getting fit doesn’t have to take up a big chunk of your salary. We took some of our favorites from WikiBuy’s advice on working out for less.

H2: Free Apps

There are apps like Daily Yoga, Fitness Point, and MyFitnessPal, giving online guidance in order to work out at home without a physical trainer by your side. There is also a convenience aspect of having the resource on your phone. A lot of the time, these apps include how-to videos for you to replicate.

H2: Other Ways to Save on Getting Fit

Places like LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness give you long trials in order to see if the place is the right fit for you. There is something called a “VIP Guest” at LA Fitness, and if someone with a membership refers you to the gym, you can get two free weeks at the specific location. In the long run, getting a membership might be beneficial and the rates notoriously drop low before the new year. You can also find Nike coupons online so you don’t need to stress about spending too much on your athletic gear.

Blogilates is also great when you find yourself lost in a workout, with YouTube videos from an expert in fitness. Do Yoga With Me is another option with free online yoga tutorials. Make sure to take advantage of these choices!
