Sips- Orange Blossom from Hawaii

Orange Blossom

The traditioal is made with
Cracked ice
3/4 gin
1/4, or more, orange juice

Shake and strain, pour into an old fashioned glass.

Since I am in Hawaii, I tried this with a local rum and added an orange wheel or pineapple slice for garnish. Either way the orange blossom is simply delicious.
