We have frequently been asked if we have gluten-free recipes. In general, we don’t. However, in “Gourmet Weekly,” there is an article about a new revised cookbook by Annalise G. Roberts called Gluten-Free Baking Classics-Second Edition. It is filled with gluten-free baked goods that the editors of “Gourmet” love.

The recipe for Lemon Cake and Chocolate Chip Cookies were developed several years ago for Gourmet.

The Lemon Layer Cake sounds delicious. It takes about an hour to bake and 2hours start to finish.
