The Hill team loves a cold turkey sandwich, with all the trimmings after Thanksgiving.

Here is a simple sandwich idea from caterer Mary Giuliani. Mary does not love grilled cheese. But, you’d never guess.

Mary adds turkey slices and cranberry sauce to her brie cheese sandwiches before grilling. Mary likes pumpernickel bread, Maralyn prefers multi grain and I use white bread.

They all taste yummy the next day.
