This easy, sports drink was passed on to Dr. Paul Donahue, who recommends it for those that work out. That would be Maralyn and Norm, not me.

In an 8 oz glass, mix:

2 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs sugar (Maralyn would use Stevia)

pinch of salt.

Fill with cold water.

No need to purchase expensive sport drinks as this one provides carbs for energy and replaces salt lost by sweating.
