The Tandem Tasters were fortunate to spend a week at Rancho La Puerta with Andy Schloss, when we were all presenters. Andy was the “Celebrity Chef.” Naturally, we attended his cooking demonstrations. He has authored 15 published cookbooks and appeared on many national television shows. Andy focused on grilled food and the recipe we are sharing is one he and his wife serve at their own Thanksgiving dinner for those who are vegetarians.

Two years in a row! Rancho La Puerta wins “World’s Best” and We are on the Events Calender for 2012

The Tandem Tasters and Travelers agree that Rancho La Puerta is the best. The Ranch is one of our favorite retreats for enrichment for all the senses.
In addition to this wonderful award of recognition, we are happy to say that we are on the “Events Calendar” for the week of July 14, 2012. Go this year and plan to return to hear us present next year. We will be conducting workshops on how to write, market and publish your book. We’ll include more on that soon as we are lined up with a terrific group of presenters to take advantage of ourselves.
